Bemigho is a qualified legal practitioner

She has over 20 years experience practicing as a lawyer and an administrator since she was called to bar in 1986.

Prior to her joining the Legacy family, she was a full time administrator in charge of administration for one of the largest churches in Nigeria with over 600 full and part-time personnel.

Ibiso is the Senior Vice President, Business Development Group of the Organization with core responsibility to develop, implement and constantly fine-tune new business planning. Prior to joining the Legacy team he was the Assistant Vice President business development Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (Transcorp) where he contributed immensely to various business development plans/activities that resulted to the success of Transcorp before which he was responsible for driving the revenue growth of a start up company by over 600% within five years.

He is highly experienced in Entrepreneurship, Relationship Management and Transaction process Management.

Olumide, is a chartered accountant by profession. Prior to joining Legacy Realties Limited, he was the Treasury Manager at MTS First Wireless Limited. He started his career as an associate in the Financial Control department of Asset & Resource Management Co Limited (ARM) and later became the Finance Manager at Ocean and Oil Holdings Limited.

Olumide holds the Chartered Finance Analyst designation and is a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals (UKSIP). He holds a B.Sc in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

Folorunso holds a bachelors degree in Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

Folorunso has acquired highly sepcialised skills in the process of managing, superivising and designing engineering projects all over Nigeria. Folorunso coordinates all of our engineering and site operations activities. he is responsible for managing all resident engineers and contractors on the various sites and ensuring timely qualitative delivery of all ongoing works.

He is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Society of Engineers and he is also COREN certified.

Fatima is an Architect by profession.

Prior to joining Legacy Realties Limited, she was the Project Manager for the Nelson Mandela Institution for the Construction of the African University of Science & Technology in Nigeria. She started her career as the Resident Architect with Lodigiani Nigeria Limited and later became the Assistant Technical Manager for Europe House, for the construction of the European Union Joint Embassies in Nigeria.

Fatima holds a Masters Degree in project management and is a member of several professional bodies including the Architectural Association in the UK, ARCON, Nigerian Institute of Architects and the Nigerian Institute of Management. She is also a board member of the American Institute of Professional Analysts & Project Management.

She is a graduate of Industrial Relations & Personnel Management. A professional in her chosen field, she has acquired over five years of experience in human capital matters haven worked with Mobil Oil Nigeria after which she moved on to Rosabel Leo Burnett, an Advertising company to set up and head the Human Capital group for the company and its three (3) subsidiaries.

She is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).

Dupe is responsible for managing all our general services including managerial oversight of the administrative, logistics, ICT and benefits administration processes for the company.

He holds a bachelors degree in Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Imo State.

He has been actively engaged in strategic planning and business development with over 7 years of experience. Prior to his joining Legacy Realties Limited, he was the Head of business development for SME-NET Africa, with direct responsibility for managing various business planning and development activities.

Asiaeba is responsible for all procurement, material scheduling and works planning activities for our various projects.

Felix Ajakaiye

Felix holds a bachelors degree(B.Tech) in Quantity surveying from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He manages our inventory processes and coordinates all costing & valuation matters.

He has valuable experience in the specialied fields of quantity surveying, cost analysis and construction management. He has been actively engaged in various building and engineering projects.

He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS)

Vincent is a graduate of Auchi Polytechnic with a Masters degree in Housing Development and Management from University of Ibadan. He is responsible for all new project costing

Prior to joining Legacy, he worked with Grinaker LTA as an Estimator/Cost analyst.
