These are the officers responsible for various key activities in conjunction with a larger team of internal and external professionals.

Tobi holds a bachelors degree in Architecture from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He is our lead architect and coordinates a team made up of three other qualified architects responsible for handling all design and customisation issues for our clients.

Tobi, is experienced in the fields master-plan development, layout design, building design and site supervision activities. He has been actively involved various design and supervision projects, which includes the Master plan and building designs of three private Universities in Nigeria and also the layout plan / building designs of over five residential estate developments around the country.

Prior to joining Legacy Realties Limited, He worked with King Konsult Associates in Akure, Ondo State where he rose to the post of Architectural Studio Co-ordinator and Foyeh Limited, where he was also the lead Architect.

Adesodun Kayode holds a B.sc and M.sc degree in Mechanical Engineering both from the University of Lagos Akoka. Kayode is our resident Mechanical Engineer and woks directly with our retained consultants and contractors on all mechanical matters impacting our communities and homes.

He has acquired valued experience in Mechanical services contracting from Latrasak Nigeria Limited as a project Engineer and also served as a Mechanical Services Consultant for Goldmond Limited.
Prior to joining Legacy, Harrison had acquired over 22 years of meritorious military career in the Nigerian Navy. He served in various Nigerian Naval War Ships and held several positions both in Administrative, Seagoing and Security Operations before finally retiring as a Warrant Officer.

On retirement, he joined XNET Security Technologies - Stolen Vehicle Recovery Systems as Team Leader, Stolen Vehicles Recovery Unit and a year later, moved to Legacy Realties Limited as Security Supervisor and now serves as our Chief Security Officer.

Harrison is a member of various professional bodies including Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA)

Idia is a graduate of the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State. She also completed her legal certification studies at the Nigerian Law school, Abuja Campus.

Idia serves as our Corporate Counsel and also manages all the activities of our Abuja office.

Bolaji Lawal is a seasoned accountant and prior to joining Legacy, he was with Farinde-Olateju & Company as a senior auditor.

Bolaji is responsible for managing all our accounts and coordinates the activities of a larger team made up of both our in-house accountants and external consultants.

Francisca is an alumni of the University of Benin & the University of Essex, UK

She worked with AELEX Legal Practitioners & Arbitrators as an Associate prior to joining Legacy Realties.
